Cardak Airport is a small single-terminal regional airport serving Denizli and the Pamukkale tourist area, built almost entirely for origin-and-destination traffic rather than connections. Passenger volumes are low and the terminal is compact, so on the rare occasion a connection is required, physical distances are trivial — the challenge is more about infrequent flight schedules than airport layout. There is only one small terminal building, so domestic and international check-in, security, and gates are all within a short walk of each other. There is no airside train, shuttle, or bus — everything is done on foot, often crossing the same small departure hall.
