Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson is the world's busiest airport by passenger volume and a massive Delta hub. Seven concourses connected by the Plane Train make connections straightforward if you know the layout, though international arrivals face a customs bottleneck in Concourse F. The Plane Train automated people mover runs underground between all seven concourses, departing every 1–2 minutes. A full end-to-end ride takes about 10 minutes. Walking between adjacent concourses takes roughly 10 minutes via the underground walkway. International arrivals in Concourse F must clear U.S. customs and immigration before connecting to any other concourse — there is no sterile transit option.
