Tips for 40 min Connections
SAS-to-SAS Schengen connections are the smoothest, often requiring only a short walk between adjacent gates.
If your connection crosses from Schengen to non-Schengen (or vice versa), budget extra time for the passport check even though the walk itself is short.
Kastrup's signage is excellent and color-coded by pier, making self-navigation easy even under time pressure.
SAS Fast Track lanes are available for premium and Star Alliance Gold passengers and can save 10+ minutes at peak security times.
Avoid tight connections during the 07:00-09:00 and 15:00-17:00 SAS banks, when security and gate areas are busiest.
