Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are connected by a covered walkway and roadway that can be walked in about 10-15 minutes or covered by a shuttle during peak periods. Passengers connecting from an international arrival to any domestic flight must clear Philippine immigration and customs, collect checked bags, and re-check in at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2's domestic counters — there is no airside transfer desk for this combination.
